same review as before due to staff member harassing us at 6am demanding money and for our guest to leave at 6am. never in my life did i experience something like this and no accountability was taken, zero apology by staff.

Lack of customer service. Constant issues and misunderstandings. Repeated attempts at trying to finesse money for bringing in guests when the stay was entitled to 6 adults. It was only 2 that checked in initially and every time a guest was brought in they attempted to charge us for the guest and a whole ordeal had to be made and proof shown that the stay is for 6 people. They knew this but just try and finesse money for every single thing.

was not provided the 100,000 pesos that were included in our itinerary for our second stay. Staff member harassed us at 5am for a full hour in regards to a guest we had visiting (despite having a room that accommodates for 6 people and there were only 2 of us at the time). I informed management that I would like an apology for the incident and no apology was made. otherwise i would have avoided giving this review.

Grosses und gemütliches Appartement im Quartier Laureles. Wir haben für 3 Nächte gebucht. Perfekt für 5 Personen, 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Badezimmer. Wohnzimmer mit Küche genial und Balkon mit schönem Ausblick auf die Stadt. Sehr ruhig und sicheres Quartier. Gute Lage um die Stadt zu besichtigen.
