Great staff, Positive Energy, Very Helpful
We definitely recommend this property!! Everyone that works there is very kind, with great energy and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, your typical Paisa dish!! Highly recommend!!

The property was nice and staff helpful but my shower didn’t drain and it flooded the bathroom. I was only in the shower for 2 minutes because the water was cold. Additionally, they didn’t have sufficient change for me when they require you pay cash at checkin. I wasn’t asking they break a large bill either.

First putting me in real small in- building room. A small backpackers room. Then moved to booked room 102. That part still under constuction. Leaking from out of light points!! I asked for different room next day. Paid a little less. 200.000 instead of 240.000 pesos. But had to argue as crazy. That same day other people were placed in that leaking room. Unheard off! Take this place out of your program. Not good!

Excelente hospedaje.
Es un lugar muy hermoso, acogedor, fui en pareja pero es perfecto para familias igualmente, muy cerca al pueblo puedes irte caminando por el malecón y pasar un buen momento en el trayecto ya que además es muy seguro, el desayuno muy rico, la atención perfecta, la habitación limpia y completamente equipada, atentos y serviciales. Definitivamente vuelvo.

Excelente experiencia, todo el personal fue muy amable y diligente, además, el desayuno estuvo delicioso. El hostal está ubicado en una zona muy cercana al malecón del municipio y es muy tranquilo todo.

El lugar muy aseado, el personal muy atento, muy cerca de donde el bus lo deja a uno, al ir caminando se ven paisajes y estructuras muy bonitas...cerca del hotel hay un restaurante sencillo pero pudimos cenar bien porque el comercio cierra muy temprano, ya a las 6 empieza hacer frío, lo único de la habitación es poner en cerrojo adicional. El desayuno fue poquito pero variado y muy rico.

L hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville historique. Les chambres sont inégales en terme de confort à savoir que les chambres rénovées sont top top mais les anciennes sont un peu limite. Personnel très sympa et agréable. L hôtel est très sympa avec une terrasse bien sympa pour prendre un petit déjeuner complet.
Ne fait pas restaurant.

Wonderfull stay
Wonderfull stay in Guatape a short walk from main center. Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities, nice breakfast, great wifi and silence at night. For me it was a great hotel - not a hostel.
Guatape is great for 2 or 3 nights. Dont waste your time on Guatape day trips from Medellin with only 1,5 hours of free time in Guatape. You can use the bus service but make sure to stay some days in Guatape - public busses goes back to Medellin all day. For me my stay at Oak Tree will stand as a great memory of Guatape many years ahead.

Endroit calme et confortable dans grande maison

Descanso puente festivo
Es un lugar agradable, limpio y bonito. Se puede parquear. Me gustó el desayuno. Aunque en mi caso no fue díficil el desplazamiento, para las personas que no tengan facilidad o transporte deben saber que toca caminar o pagar un vehículo desde el malecón, aunque el costo es bajo, menos de 1 usd o 3 mil pesos COP.
