    No parties.
    No smoking.
    All guest must provide passport copy (or picture) at check-in
    No underage people allowed (unless are your children)
    Vistors need to have a valid passport ID
    Each booking guest is allowed 1 visitor at a time

    IMPORTANT. This is one of the few buildings that is LEGAL to do short term rentals. Feel free to stay at my place without troubles. Typical checkin time is after 3pm however will try to accommodate clients requests when possible.

    Also, I am very active in helping make my guests experience the best possible. Anything you need, from transportation, tours, restaurant reservation, etc, I'm here to assist. My priority is to make sure you have the best stay in the beautiful city of a Medellin
