"The staff are not very friendly and especially to independent travellers as the hotel is geared to large groups. There are rules about only being allowed 2 sachets of coffee in the room then you have to buy more. There is a lift but only to certain areas, not all rooms are accessible by lift, which is not good as it appears that most guests are elderly. Breakfast not available to those not travelling in a group. Area out the back in the area that you go through to the car park is an accident waiting to happen with tools and cables strewn around untidily (see photo)"

The breakfast was wonderful, offering a great start to the day. Plus, the location couldn't be better; it’s just two steps from the bus station, making it incredibly easy to get into Amsterdam.( 314 directly to Central). We will absolutely be coming back. "The family room was a great size with 4 single beds and plenty of storage space. The free onsite parking was very helpful (and the underground parking useful on the first evening when there was a big match at the football ground nearby). It wasn’t entirely clear from our Expedia booking that our rate was room only, so I was a little surprised to need to pay for breakfast on our first morning - this was very tasty but quite pricy!"
