Cute House
This house was excellent. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Would recommend this property to anyone needing a place that can accommodate a large group.

Nice property
The home was nice and in itself was clean. It is conveniently located and close to restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately they were running behind and we had to wait in our cars and werent able to check in until 430 and had zero towels to use and were left with a closet full of dirty linens. We had a 530 show to get to and were hoping to spruce up a bit but there was no time and we didnt bring our own towels. We literally didnt even have a hand towel to dry our hands in the bathroom. The owner said the previous people used every room and every linen they had and since the cleaners were running behind they didnt have enough time to wash everything. There was a load of laundry put in the dryer so we had a couple towels that night to shower.

Disappointed
Our stay was disappointing. 1 night just passing through- there was dirty, used soap in one bathroom, no toilet paper in another. Not enough towels provided for our family of 6. After contacting the host, he said he would come by ( 8:30 pm) and unlock the garage for us to get supplies, after 9 I reached out and said we wanted to go to bed and he told me he’d left soap and toilet paper in the garage for me. Did he come in the house without our knowledge? I asked but he never responded. Felt creepy.

Our policy is once our guests checks in, it is their house and will offer complete privacy. This was definitely a different experience for us, as our normal housekeeper was out of town that weekend and we were lucky enough to find a housekeeper that was able to clean the house for us just in time before Rebekah's check in. Unfortunately she forgot a used soap in one of the bathrooms. I received a message from our guest and I offer to respond to the house to unlock the door to the garage so they could access more soap. Rebekah replied and mentioned there was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. I left the toilet paper and new soap just outside the garage door. I sent a message to our guest stating this but she probably didn't see my message right away as later she asked if I was coming. I sent the message again. She replied the morning after asking that she didn't know if I came in the house or just the garage. I thought from my initial message that it was clear I only accessed the garage through the garage exterior door. Definitely a good lesson to be very very clear about our policy of we would never enter the house without our guests knowledge and only if we really have to for a very necessary reason. Once our guests checks in, it becomes their house and as our guests you should expect complete privacy and respect.

We had a great time staying at this rental in Medford. It was well maintained, clean, stocked up kitchen etc. as we spent most of the the day skiing and driving near by…didn’t spend much time in the back yard. It was perfect rental for 3 nights for two families…..we will re visit again when we plan a trip to crater lake or Ashland. Both mt.Ashland and crater lake are within driving distance. Lots of eateries near by.

The home was comfortable and very accommodating. The host was very informative and great about any exceptions we needed. Their response awlays came in a timely matter. We came out of state for an unfortunate event and it was nice knowing we had no difficulties with our lodging.

Got to Oregon for family wedding so 2 families got together instead of paying for pricey hotels. I loved the layout of the house, I am disabled so me and husband took the lower level room, it had a super cute attached room for hanging clothes and a small sitting are (I called my makeup room) it was peaceful there and had a window lookjng out to the street. My family loved both bedrooms and said the bathrooms were great, especially the showers. The kitchen was fantastic and very tastefully designed. House had a great air conditioning system (a little to cold for me) but everyone loved it! Our bathroom diwnstairs was very nice but the high tub was a bit challenging for me, linen closet was stocked with towels and extra bedding items. This was my second rental with Zrbo and definitely not my last. Note: With 7 adults showering for a wedding we encountered a problem when after 1 shower there was no more hot water, the rest of us had to wait or take a cold shower. The front tv room had 1 comfortable couch, the futon is in desperate need of a new cushion, no one was comfortable sitting on it same for the futon in lower bedroom. Overall still happy with the house. Thank you!!!

Excellent place to stay for Crater National Park or Oregon Shakespeare Festival
Loved it! Our family of 6 was visiting the area for Crater National Park (2.5 hours) and Oregon Shakespeare Festival (20-minute drive to Ashland). This was an excellent place; the house is new and well-kept and we really enjoyed our stay. Having 3 bathrooms was great too! The instructions were super clear and the host was very helpful. Plenty of grocery stores, Target, etc., about a 2-5 minute drive away. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice, large, clean, modern property for your stay in the area.

Great Space for a Group
Met up with two friends and one's two kiddos (5&7). Very convenient to the airport and within 10 mins of everywhere in Medford we needed to go. Beds were super comfy and the bedrooms were quiet. Wifi was fast and easy to connect. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils (and if needed pots and pans). The toaster oven was an added blessing! Everything was clean and neat. The kids had fun playing in the large walkin closet downstairs (thoughtfully set up with a desk for any home office needs. Plenty of beds and bathrroms to go around. No onerous checkout duties. Valente (the host) was helpful for the check-in instructions and made getting in a breeze!

The layout of the house was great and the showers absolutely amazing. But the house felt unfinished. Outlets uncovered, and not many amenities available to us as guests. Check in was to be at 4pm we arrived at 420 to see a cleaning crew still in the residence with no sense of urgency. Floors werent finished being cleaned, one bed wasnt made, towels were in washer but not dried. One major issue was the air conditioning unit upstairs did not work so upstairs in our room was really hot which didn't go over well with my pregnant wife. However we made due and got ourselves situated and the stay was pretty decent. I hope they work out the kinks in the place like the deadbolt not locking, the coded key holder not functioning well, and especially getting a better cleaning crew. Overall this place has potential to be an incredibly excellent place to rent. The communication with the owner was excellent they were super quick to respond. And I cannot express enough how great the showers were.

Air conditioning has been fixed and working great now. There were 2 cable tv outlets without a cover which has been installed now. The cleaning crew unfortunately had a unforseen delayed that day with their previous job and arrived late to clean our house. Thank you for your comments. We try to make every effort to keep our house clean and everything in working conditions.
