This is an older hotel, for sure, and it shows in some ways. However, I found everything was clean and the room was comfortable. Based on some of the previous reviews, I really wasn't sure about staying here, but I didn't have any problems with this place at all. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, I found the bed comfortable, and despite being located on the main thoroughfare through town, I found my stay to be remarkably quiet. Overall, I thought it was an excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff is not just rude and unprofessional, they're actually belligerent. Making you're guests feel unsafe is not a great way to make up for the generally rundown and shabby conditions of this flea trap.

Room was everything you would want and more for the price of stay; I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfortable! Amenities include:AC, working lamps, microwave, mini fridge, TV with cable. Definitely would stay here again!

Dirty. Ceiling in the bathroom was leaking lots of water when the person upstairs was showering. Very loud.

This is a fairly affordable no frills hotel. I would stay here again when driving through. Comfortable bed. Pretty clean. A bit noisey on the first floor.

Extremely Happy!

I had a very nice time! I was in town to deal with family matters and needed a place to stay. This place was a breath of fresh air after staying the night before at another hotel. No crazy locals running around, partying, making too much noise. Here, I was able to relax in a nice, clean hotel and felt very safe. The management-teriffic! There was a slight problem and they immediately fixed it. Very caring people and they made my visit here in Grants Pass a wonderful experience.

Good basic motel

A very basic motel - a little worn, but clean and comfortable. Good hot water in the shower. We didn’t need luxury for one night, so this was just fine. Also pet friendly.

Never again.

Room was poorly maintained. Sink faucet did not work properly. Outlet where microwave was plugged in would trip when used and resetting was not consistently successful. We stayed three nights. The room was supplied with exactly two each, towels, hand towels and wash rags, all had stains.

During COVID everything isn’t as good as before. The check in went smoothly and the desk clerk was happy and easy to talk to. The room was much smaller than expected and had a musty odor but we aired it out and it was fine. This was the cheapest spot in town and it shows. But nothing went wrong and we hit the road the next day feeling fine.
