"I was overall happy with the stay. The room was nice, the only thing that was disappointing was the host said they would bring me clean towels and trash bags when I asked as I stayed there for a week but they never did despite multiple requests, and when I asked house cleaning for them she refused to give me clean towels, and told me to call, and I told her I already did and she just ignored me and walked away."
