"This was honestly one of the more frustrating hotel stays I’ve had. At about 6:45am, I was woken up by housekeeping right outside my door and in the rooms next to me. Vacuuming, doors slamming over and over, people talking in the hallway. Not 9am. Not even 8am. Before 7am. That’s just not okay. My room was also right next to a heavy exterior door to the parking lot that slammed every time someone went in or out, so even before housekeeping started, it wasn’t exactly a quiet setup. I called the front desk thinking they’d at least acknowledge it, and instead got a pretty dismissive response. The guy said, “What do you want? They need to clean the rooms.” No apology, no attempt to fix anything. Just attitude. After that, I called the corporate line and still haven’t heard anything back. Between being woken up that early by staff, the noise, and how it was handled, this really missed the mark. I’ve asked for a full refund because this wasn’t even close to what you expect from a hotel stay. Would not stay here again."

"The room was nothing like the pictures I saw on the Internet when I booked making it nothing like I expected. It was suppose to be 2 bedroom but one of the bedrooms was part of the living room. The walls and ceiling was extremely thin making the noise from the room above us and beside us very loud, people outside yelling late after I was in bed (10:30-11:00 pm). Looked like hardwood flooring that had been layed on top of carpet making the floors soft and unlevel. There was holes in the wall, the trim was loose on the floor and the couch looked like a piece of outside furniture. I was very unsatisfied, I called the the help desk and someone came to my room and told me nothing else was available. She did ask if I wanted to stay and by that time I felt I had no other choice just getting to Colorado from KY so I stayed but never again I would never have chosen Nicki’s Resort. It may not matter to some but the furnace in the living room backed up to the bathroom making it easy to see thru."

"The property seemed recently renovated an clean. The staff member I spoke with upon check-in was not very welcoming of friendly. The internet went out a couple of times and the TV was constantly losing channels and picture. This hotel needs a ski locker and a shuttle bus to the mountain. Overall, it was just ok. I would need to think hard about booking this hotel again. "
