"Clean room, and kind staff"

"I always like staying here, its not the fanciest of hotels but the rooms are clean and the hotel is typically pretty quiet. I have noticed thier prices have gone up quite a bit which is unfortunate. I hope they do not loose to much business in making this change. I know for me on my next visit to The Hat i booked a room at the Days Inn for much cheaper than i could stay here"

"Reception was excellent, receiving area had lots of space as did our room. Above all was Kathy and the exceptional breakfast. She was so lovely and the variety offered was amazing and delicious. We had travelled from Manitoba to Victoria and this was the ABSOLUTE BEST. "
