  • Located in Medicine Park City Limits. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath home with quality mattresses and a private fenced yard on a double lot. Mountain views surround the property.
    Whether your here to honor your Ft. Sill Graduate, to play, or to relax, this house has a great location.
    5 miles to Arapahoe Gate at Ft Sill, 1/2 mile to the start of shops in downtown Medicine Park, and 1 mile to Bath Lake.
    Parking is an easy in and out without the worries of pedestrians. Ample parking is convenient for those needing to pull water toys or a boat.
    This house was a newly decorated fulltime home and has stayed in the same condition. Pride of ownership is evident. Set on 2 lots allows for a great deal of privacy.
    The primary bedroom contains a king size bed and a large on suite bathroom with 2 spaced out vanities, a stand-alone shower, and a jetted bathtub designed for 2. The guest rooms each contain a queen bed. A workspace with a desk and comfortable office chair is located in one of the rooms and a small treadmill is located in the other. The living room contains a sofa and chair for seating, a television and a fireplace.
    There is a breakfast table for 4 plus a bar with 4 seats and 2 additional at a built-in kitchen seating area.
    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a good time walking around Medicine Park and enjoying the shops and restaurants. It was also close enough to Lawton so we could spend time at Southwest Oklahoma Brewing (SOB) and enjoy their drinks and food and spend time with family.
