"My partner has been coming to the siesta 1 and alcudia since he was a child. This was our second stay together with our 5 year old and we love it. The pool at this time of year is so chill and just enough kids to occupy eachother but not run riot over the hotel. It’s been lovely! "

"Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit
However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that.
Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!!
Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone...

"We love this spot. No frills, yet everything we need and comfy. We love the pool for relaxing after exploring the island all day. Staff is lovely. Location is excellent, close to all but isolated."
"We had a lovely stay at the hotel with attentive and courteous staff. The bathroom in the room was a little disconcerting given the semi transparent door. There was limited storage space if having a prolonged stay. We enjoyed the variety provided at breakfast and the views of the lake.
No fault with the hotel itself but we had some difficulty with frequency of buses and price of taxis.

"Every single staff member were so polite, happy & friendly especially the staff at breakfast, our children loved them. The hotel was spotless, daily towel changes too. The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. Great location too, 10 min walk to beach & 10 min walk to waterpark and a supermarket opposite. Would definitely recommend."

"Really fantastic property situated in a quite area and yet within walking distance to the lovely old walled city of Alcudia.Pool and house amenities were great. There were a couple of items that needed some small maintenance which were attended to immediately after we flagged with the owner.Really good service and a lovely property. Would highly recommend."
