Adorable Flat in the heart of Medina just blocks away from the Erie Canal. This cozy flat has one bedroom and sleeps 3 people. The one bedroom has a queen bed and there is a futon/sleeper in the living room. Be your own chef in this newly renovated kitchen! Enjoy the sounds of nature from the yard while enjoying the peacefulness of the quiet neighborhood! Up to two dogs are allowed $75.00 for up to 2 dogs for your entire stay. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog.

It was very very clean. Had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Close to everything in Medina NY. Very safe and excepts pets. We will rent this again. Owner very helpful and nice!

My stay was perfect. Everything I needed. Central location,easy parking, and comfortable bed. Having never stayed in a Vrbo before Casey made it very easy for me. Way better than a hotel and cleaner with a homey vibe. Would stay there again 100%.

Casey was very accommodating with our reservation. She was available for questions or concerns and always pleasant.***** This rental is in a slightly older home than we have stayed in on prior reservations. And, considering Medina is a classic older town, the house is fitting. The rental was well maintained, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance to town and easily accessible to stores, restraunts/diners and bars. We live in the country on a less travelled road so there was more traffic than we are used to but nothing to deter us from renting again. We had a pleasant stay and would reserve again.*****

We appreciate the host offering us this location when there was a scheduling snafu. It worked out great. The house was clean and nicely furnished. Our only comment was that the stairs were very steep and did not have any railings. This could be an issue with some guests. Thanks again for the hospitality.

2023 July Fourth

Location was ideal for us. Between Buffalo and Rochester. Inside was perfectly acceptable. Had 2 older dogs with us. The stairway into the location was sketchy. Both dogs fell off top landing. If you have geriatric dogs be extremely careful.

Very welcoming, small, homey feeling place! Dog friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area was nice with really friendly neighbors. The inside was very clean and welcoming. The bedroom was big enough for me, my husband, our twins (pack n plays) and our two dogs. There are not many places that except dogs so we were very blessed to have the opportunity to stay in a place that allowed them. The property manager was very welcoming, nice and easy to talk with. If we ever came back in that area we would definitely stay again.

Cute place good location in town we only had one incident blew a fuse did not no where to go to fix and no emergency number but guy upstairs helped and neighbor.
