"We enjoy our stay. There is just a misunderstanding regarding the information provided by the counter staff regarding the rate. When I called Experdia, I noticed a large difference between what I paid and the hotel rate. Expedia called the counter and confirmed that I was informed incorrectly. "

"Omar was a great host! Flexible for check in and check out and he was very responsive. The house was great for a larger group of people. Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen! Loved the coffee make with the automatic grinder! We would stay here again."

"So we never stayed on this property. Or was suppose to be canceled but the host never canceled are reservation.Granted my credit card was flagged for fraud once I tried to book it, once it was cleared I tried to again, dates were not available so I told Farrah the host we needed to cancel & I will look for other places. Her response, no problem. But come to find out it wasn’t canceled, we did not stay here. Had another property in St Charles..lovely place with great communication from the host. Be very clear with this host with booking other wise you are charged double.Communication was poor to say the least"

"This house was perfect for us. We stayed there for the national card show. The table was huge for us to be able to sort out cards out on. We really liked the living room/dining room. Bedrooms worked out nice for us. There were a lot of nice eateries close by. This house had exactly what we needed. They also had prompt responses if we had questions. Would highly recommend this house. "

"I loved staying here. It was only 3 blocks from my son’s home. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were nice. Having extra supplies such as shampoo, body wash, hand wash, laundry soap, etc was a nice surprise. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen and a nice size dining area too. Decor was up to date. Lots of towels. I wish there were hangers in the closets. We did have to run to Walmart for some. And we had to buy ice since there was no ice maker. We also couldn’t grill because there was no gas for the grill. In the listing it was stated that one room had a king size bed, but they were all queen. Yard could use a little attention. This house is a good fit for someone working from home, with WiFi.Communication with the host was 5 star. Anytime I had a question, they got back to me right away. We’d stay here again"
