Spacious 3-bedroom house with AC and Wi-Fi in charming Medway, Maine

Medway is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Located in delightfully quiet neighborhood, you'll find the houses well spaced and the street practically closes down at night.

Inside, guests find two queen beds and a twin bed, perfect for a restful night. The living room features a couch, sofa and recliner, as well as a 50-in smart TV, which is connected via Wi-Fi to the reliable fiber internet. The bonus room, just off the living room, offers additional space to relax as well as a comfy sofa bed, ideal for extra visitors or relaxing evenings.

A nice bathroom features a shower, dual sinks and a hair dryer for convenience. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. An iron is also available to keep your clothes looking sharp. This excellent space invites guests to unwind and enjoy their time away. There is an in-ground indoor pool, which is not operational, on the property. The pool building is attached to the home, but please note that this is not part of the rental, and guests should avoid this area. The pool is empty and is not usable.

While the old baseboard is still in place from the previous heating system, it is not active. The house is heated entirely with heat pumps and this gives the advantage of A/C in the summer. One heat pump is in the living room, and one is in a bedroom. If you will be sleeping with the bedroom doors closed, please know that there will not be heat/cooling coming into 2 of the 3 bedrooms during the night if those doors are shut. This worked well for our family, but please consider if some nocturnal temperature variation in these 2 rooms might be a deal breaker for you if you'd like bedroom doors closed at night.
