Our accessible 1.5-room holiday apartment (approx. 40 m²), located on the edge of the old town, offers peace and comfort for 2 people. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the top floor of an apartment building on a hillside. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the “Konstanzer Hörnle.”
The accommodation is step-free throughout—from the underground garage to the terrace. You can look forward to a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, shower toilet, and heated mirror. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nestlé coffee machine, and induction stove. A 50" Frame TV, Wi-Fi, as well as towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. A washing machine is available on the same floor in a shared laundry room. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
A free parking space and a bicycle parking spot are available in the underground garage.
A discount grocery store, bakery, and butcher are all within a 5-minute walk, as is a bus stop. Lake Constance can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, and the old town in 15 minutes.
The tourist tax of the town of Meersburg is included in the price, and there are no cleaning fees upon departure.
