Located on the third floor of a quiet residence, this comfortable 55-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a pleasant living environment with two balconies and a magnificent unobstructed view of the valley.

- a raclette and fondue set as well as an espresso machine are at your disposal.

A storage room is available for you to store your personal belongings. You will find two deck chairs and a travel crib there.

You will also enjoy a large shared outdoor area with the entire residence, furnished with benches and offering a beautiful view of Rochebrune. Shared parking is also available.

The accommodation enjoys a quiet location outside the city center, ideal for recharging your batteries while remaining close to mountain activities.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

The Rochebrune ski area is less than a 5-minute drive away or just a few minutes by bus. Nearby, don’t miss the culinary experience at the famous Flocons de Sel restaurant, located on the same street as the apartment.
