  • Very nice 90m2 apartment overlooking a large sunny garden with a view of Mont Charvin. 40m2 terrace where it is nice to relax or have meals both in winter and summer.
    On the garden level (possibility of illuminating it in the evening): Large living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 master suite with 160 cm bed and bathroom/wc, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and its shower room/wc . Decoration by interior designer: old wood paneling, raw stones, parquet flooring, animal skins.
    On the ground floor (independent access): 9m2 bedroom with 140 cm bed + shower room/wc, well-equipped laundry room.
