Staff very friendly and provided a warm welcome on arrival. The location is great proximity to the town and close to all the residents and bars. The breakfast is bearable, but nothing amazing. Some days the scrambled eggs looked like porridge, other days like curdled milk, and other days like actual scrambled egg. The room was a nice size and had everything needed. For the price I think it’s great value.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Free use of the spa pool area at the leisure centre was a massive bonus and one of the reasons I booked this place. Only things to change would be to look at the air conditioning in the two floor family rooms. The upstairs was persistently too hot as there was no ventilation up there, made sleep uncomfortable. The restaurant and bar was way too expensive. I know it’s Megève but the prices were insane. It’s a Novotel after all and would have been nice to use the hotel as a cheaper option in town. I think it was €12 for a draft beer.

Great hotel in a great location

Great hotel overall, great service, great location and room wqs nice and the views from the balcony are awesome. Only issue we had, ehich seems to be common in Europe is that the air conditioning barely works, to try and get anything cooler in your room then about 72 is nearly impossible. Experienced that problem at every hotel in Europe this year.
