The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but it’s well looked after, especially in the common areas which are clean and nicely maintained. The layout is spread across several buildings, giving it a more relaxed, village like atmosphere rather than a single large structure. The main pool area is enjoyable and a good spot to unwind. "This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely rooftop bar, I just wish we had longer to stay!"

"Fantastic location, place was nice & comfortable. Only downside was the free parking was a bit misleading, it is free but we had to park at the harbour & walk although it’s only 5 minutes. We managed to park for a few minutes outside long enough to unpack the car. As an fyi there are 4 flights of stairs (31 steps in total)"

"Staff were friendly, always smiling, informative and very welcoming. Rooms was very clean and private pool with jacuzzi feature was absolutely fantastic. There was a choice of restaurants and buffet had a wide selection of fresh, delicious variety of food to choose. Entertainment was great. Bus stop short distance to The Harbour. Complimentary room was offered and greatly appreciated for us to use before our transfer to the airport. Would visit again and all the family would highly recommend...

"Food amazing, really large portions far too much to eat, but good problem to have. Bar staff and housekeepers particularly friendly. Pool was tranquil and not too many people. Breakfast great selection. Location is further away from town harbour than some but if you want convenience but also somewhere to get away from bustle it’s perfect. 5 min walk to great waterpark which wasn’t that busy"
