"This unit is for the Florida traveler who would like an economical place to stay while enjoying beautiful landscaping and a private pier overlooking the river. We especially enjoyed watching dolphins from the pier. Additionally, the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had."

"The property was spectacular. I enjoyed my stay there. I loved the view looking out across the bay. Although I will admit that the curtains were a bit thin and wondered if people outside could see in. Beyond that though I really liked the vintage feel of the place. Next time I intend to bring more people along since the place seemed so huge for just a group of 6 people."

"More of a cabin like accommodation. Cement floors and some walls. Shower was like a 2 level cement floor which made it difficult to stand in. Furniture inside was all patio type furniture. Bed was comfortable. "
