Located in a quiet convenient location this property is the perfect launchpad to explore the Mornington Peninsula and warm up by the fire when you come home! The home is a short drive to Hot Springs, Wineries, beaches and much More!

• Master with Queen Bed
• Second Queen Room
• Bunks room
• Bathroom and Laundry
• Private fenced gardens

Bath Towels and Linen Provided

Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Included:

Linen:
• Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.

A wood burning fire is provided but not firewood. This can be purchased from the nearby Bunnings.
