Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop on Swanston St right at your doorstep.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Grattan St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min tram ride or a 10min walk away from us.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
Other Things to Note:
Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.
This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

Our one week stay at this great apartment was made even better when the location was great, the host was really easy to deal with, apartment was a great size and kept in great condition. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again
Great location and excellent communication with host
The apartment is well located with a tram stop in front of the building. Communication with host was excellent, they were responsive and provided all info necessary. The apartment itself was comfortable, with space to work during the day and spacious bedrooms to sleep at night. All appliances and furniture looked almost new, so they were in very good condition.This is a perfect place to stay if wanting to be close to the action the city centre offers without the noise at night.
First, it's not supposed to be a short-term rental. As a result, got a bunch of messages from property management and host about all the fines we would receive if we had any problems. Internet was dial up speed and no help from property management. Had one key to enter and had to run it back and forth to a store 3 blocks away. Was not clean. My daughter's feet were black from walking on dirty floor. It is in a great location and the beds are comfortable.
