Getting Around:

Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city very convenient.



If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop on LaTrobe St.



Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.



No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on LaTrobe or Russell St if you would like to head out of the city.



If you plan to take a train, you're just a 5 minute walk away from the Melbourne Central station.



If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “WILSON PARKING” - 62 La Trobe St which is just a 3min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.



If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.



This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

The location is excellent, great view, nice deck, close to everywhere, secure. The unit is very very tired. It desperately needs maintenance just about everywhere, dirty stained carpet, broken blind, chairs & tables nearly collapsing, microwave on last legs, vacuum cleaner poor suction. Light flickering in rear room, light bulbs blown in master bed room. Dishwasher tends to leak. Fridge drips water, we couldn’t find cause.No sheets/ pillow cases for sofa bed. The main bed sheets and duvet were not clean.Had trouble with gym (not available) but host resolved this promptly & fairly.
