Readyset Terms and Conditions/ House Rules: Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found. Check In Requirements: Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation. There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply. Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building. A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival. See Rental Agreement for Full Term & Conditions.

The proerty was not clean. Not even close to being clean There were a lot of broken items such as the couch, cupboards, chairs. The chiars were quite dangerous There were no wine glasses. Lack of kitchen facilites generally.
Beds were comfortable and the location is fantastic. The venue its self is nice and spacious. I would stay again if these things were rectified.
I stay in Melb cbd often & have never put in a complaint, but to day I was disappointed woukd be putting it mildly. The check in process was a ridiculous complicated nightmare with over 15 emails, 7 text messages & some phone calls, all this PRIOR to arriving. The fee included $170 for cleaning. I had to wipe down the benches myself on arrival. I suggest you find a new cleaner. Every surface had been wiped with an oily sponge of sorts, the floors were dirty, no fans worked in both bathrooms & half of the main ensuite shower screen was missing. Very very disappointed. I expected so much more from Stayz.
