This much loved property consists of a large open plan, light filled living area with an adjoining updated kitchen and new stove. A central corridor leads you to the rear of the home and the three bedrooms all with BIR's. The newly renovated main bathroom is tiled with an overhead shower. The main bedroom also features a newly renovated ensuite.
There is also a compact laundry with rear access to the side of the property and a separate toilet.
