Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 3 couples, familes and friends, guests will enjoy split system heating and cooling in every spacious bedroom (master with TV and Netflix) and living area. This lovely townhouse is designed over 3 levels and has a light filled modern kitchen with chef's oven, walk in pantry and coffee machine, luxurious deep', relaxing sofas and dining seating up to 8 guests. Guests will love the elevator and table tennis setup adjacent to the double lock up garage.

If you are holidaying with a boat then boat berth hire can be obtained by contacting Martha Cove Marina Office Harbour Master, Martha Cover Harbour has 232 berths available for lease and berth sizes range from 10 to 30 metres in length. All berths have power and water available, with larger berths also having 3 phase power. The depth of the marina is 2.4 metres at chart datum.

i. This property is pet friendly (small dogs only) upon application, the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is fully-fenced.
ii. This property is the perfect venue for families, couples, corporate retreats, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
