Enjoy the modernist architecture, unique open plan design and strong connection to the leafy outdoors that this original Merchant Builders 'Courtyard House' has to offer. Designed by Graeme Gunn in the 1960's, the craftsmanship and harmony of form and materials are evident throughout. Features include signature timber beams, quarry tiles and expansive windows, providing a warm and peaceful light filled interior with expansive garden vistas. Multiple access points to the private, elevated, north facing courtyard create a strong connection to the inviting and sunlit outdoor entertaining area.
