Welcome to Brightside Belle – Your Stylish St Kilda East Sanctuary Brightside Belle by Property Mums is a beautifully presented, family-friendly retreat offering space, privacy, and modern comfort across a main residence and a separate self-contained studio. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this charming home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Perfectly suited for families or small groups, you'll enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining, a euro laundry, along with a secure backyard. The property is fully fenced and pet-friendly (with prior arrangement). Please note: The third bedroom is located in the separate self contained studio.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. Hens parties by application only. Please message through your plans and we will come back to you promptly.
