Great arrival instructions. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Comfortable bed. Electric blanket and effective heater in addition to the air conditioning. Could easily be described as a home away from home. The colours are dark but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Only real downside was it did not have Smart TVs as listed, just normal TVs and the wifi was a bit glitchy/slow so we just used our hotspots. Exiting the property and turning right was a bit difficult due to traffic and being on a main road but we worked around it. There was bird/animal poop on the pathway, which ended up on the carpet in the hire car again a matter of looking where we walked once we realised. There was some building going on next door but it didn't really bother us, nail guns didn't start too early and we were furtherest away from it. Lovely lush surroundings just not sure about the key safe to access the property felt a little uncomfortable about that maybe a different system to get keys would be better, However I would recommend to friends and would stay there again. We didn't really do cooking but it was well stocked with utensils if you wanted to, the only thing I couldn't see was a dish rack don't know if there was one as there was a dishwasher. I wan't sure about the mattress in the main room but the kids seemed to like the single beds ok. It was close to shops and transport if needed. Thanks Bungunyah it was a nice break away.
The Apartment was excellent. The kitchen and the laundry were ideal. Having the two bedrooms was great. The Bathroom was of a good size and very clean. The living and dining area was very large offering lots of space and comfort. Good place for a getaway.

A very clean apartment that was very comfortable and cosy.
Close to shops and the Yarra Valley is not far.
A pity that the weekend weather was not so great with non-stop rain and flash flooding.
Would be happy to book this place again for a chance to see more of the Yarra Valley and the Dandenong Ranges.

Well equipped unit. Demolition works next door starting at 0700 made it difficult to appreciate the quiet, lovely gardens and outdoor area. Hopefully it won’t deter guests. We would still happily stay again.

The place was large and great for our family. Some beds had electric blankets some didn't. For a winter stay, the slate floor wasn’t so appealing but there was aircon and a heater. The stove top took a bit of getting used to but the oven is a disaster. Better signage out front would help, as it’s on a busy road and looking out for the address was difficult. Overall the place was comfortable.

Apartment well serviced to enjoy a pleasant stay.
We had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Good access to shopping and well positioned for traveling into Melbourne and adjoining suburbs. We really enjoyed the ambience of the surroundings and the establishment gardens. Very well organised and managed accommodation.
The Margreit Villa is very clean, comfortable and well appointed.
The Villa however, is very noisy week mornings due to the high traffic load and being so close to Dorset Road. This meant being woken at 4.30 week mornings. The villa bedroom window needs sound proofing. The street lighting of the Apartments needs to be fixed so you can see it when driving in, since it is such a busy road.
We were in Melbourne for a wedding and a 40th birthday celebration and Bungunyah apartments were handily located for both events. The apartments are an oasis of quiet in a busy outer suburban environment and very close to the beautiful Yarra Valley.
We enjoyed our stay very much

This is a perfect property to stay for every occasions with friends and family. It is located in a quiet suburb North East of Melbourne. The most important of all is we feel safe at the property. This is a clean and tidy place. Surely, I will book this place again on my next visit to Melbourne.
Great spot with all the conveniences that you need. Clean and quiet, with plenty of space. Helpful staff and well provisioned in every way, we had a fantastic stay.
