Enter via a long tiled hallway with the master bedroom and ensuite, home cinema and bathroom/laundry leading off it, then opening out to an expansive and comfortable living, dining and kitchen area. The large kitchen has all the amenities you could want including a dishwasher and microwave. There are also another 4 bedrooms, an office with desk and desk chair, another bathroom and living room.
Glass bi-fold doors open out from the kitchen and main living area to an undercover alfresco featuring a built-in BBQ, heating and fan, providing another room to relax in and the flexibility to entertain outdoors all year round. There is also a small grassed back garden for children to play safely.
The home theatre will be a highlight of your holiday, complete with comfortable cinema style chairs, audiophile quality speakers and amplifier and remote control curtains that retract to reveal the huge screen! Watch your favourite movies and sport in air conditioned comfort.

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events/gatherings allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
