Designed over 2 levels with 2 bedrooms (one on each level with a master ensuite), and 2 large living rooms (downstairs has a gas fireplace and indoor outdoor flow to the under cover and heated al fresco poolside area with pergola and built in BBQ while upstairs entertains a gorgeous vertical garden, covered outdoor lounge and magnificent secluded water views on the horizon). Guests will feel spaciously and luxuriously accommodated. Byron by the Beach is the very best in deluxe contemporary holiday living.

Pool Heating: The modern pool and spa at Byron by the Beach are solar and gas heated. Solar heating is a temperate 28-30 degrees and is included with your booking. Gas heating may be required in the winter months to run the pool at ideal warm temperatures. Gas heating for the Spa is complimentary for all stays. Additional charges apply for pool gas heating. Should you wish to ensure the pool/spa is gas heated during your stay you will need to advise us at the time of booking. Gas heating is an additional cost of $140 per day (min booking of 2+ days).
