A well-appointed kitchen (with 900mm oven) is underscored by beautiful coastal flooring and gas fireplace, bringing a sense of calm and unity for the whole family, before spilling outwards to a huge covered deck with TV, ceiling fan and pizza oven – perfect setting for indoor-outdoor entertaining.

A desirable seaside escape located within minutes of the breathtaking scenery and rugged coastline of Rye ocean beach, and a short drive to golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs and beautiful wineries.

Please note front gate currently not operational and cannot be closed.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.
