This beautiful furnished bedroom includes a queen size bed, side tables, a tallboy dresser, TV , study desk and personal wardrobe. Steps away from the preston Market and a wide variety of multicultural shops. Convenient located 5 minutes walk from public transport to and from the city, it’s the perfect place for your working or traveling holiday.The house situated in a perfect location with easy access to all the essentials. 5–10 minutes walk from local shop and public transport, a short 20 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes away from Latrobe University. 5 minutes to Northland shopping centre. My place is always kept tidy and clean, it is sure to make you feel right at home.You have access to the private room. The share bathroom. Kitchen- you have welcome to use all the appliances ( refrigerator, coffee machine,oven, kettle, microwave, Toaster, Dishes and cookware)Big living room has a smart TV (Netflix) and comfortable couches. Washer and dryer you can use it and do your own laundry in the convenience of the house, detergent and softener available. Outdoor area- perfect place to relax and enjoy the weather.I let the guest relax and enjoy themselves without me getting in the way. However I am around if the guest needs any help. I am always happy to provide traveling information and recommend place to visit. For safety reasons camera is on the property.My house is close to 86 tram No 51 stop ( direct to city). High st ( the best market in Melbourne), Northland shopping centre ( over 320 retail stores), La Trobe University ( the largest metropolitan campus in the country).100m to 555 bus stop 400m to 86 tram stop1 km to Hight street Preston 1.4km to Northland shopping centre 2 km to Preston Market4 km to La Trobe University 9 km to cityA quiet street with very friendly neighboursUnlimited free parking

Outstanding hostess

Helen is just such a very kind, considerate and caring person who made this stay in Melbourne memorable. She provided a delicious fruit salad on my arrival, drove me to the nearest grocery store and her home made dumplings were mouthwatering. Such generosity is not to be missed.
