It is located in a mature residential area, safe and quiet.The house is equipped with all essential items and must-have kitchen equipment for short or long term stays.

    Features include: Bed linen & towels, Central heating and cooling throughout the house, Free wireless Internet,Smart 65" TV 4K, Board games, free street parking;

The property location was excellent for the sporting competition we were attending but most other aspects were disappointing. The house is up for sale and the condition of the house is not what is displayed in the photos. Despite checking multiple times prior to our arrival that the heating was working, upon arrival it was not and we had to spend 3 hours in discussions with both the host and Stayz to get the heating working. The property had not been cleaned well at all and we had to wipe down most of the surfaces as well as get the house re-vacuumed. There was also issues with the cook top and rain leaking into the laundry through a closed and locked glass door/window. Although the host was responsive when I made them aware of the issues, the carpets need to be professionally cleaned, along with the house and the multiple issues rectified which I am not sure will happen with the property for sale.
