Contemporary one bedroom apartment in the heart of St Kilda, 6km from the city centre and nestled amongst Acland street's vibrant shopping & cafe precinct. Minutes to St. Kilda Beach, Luna Park, Palais Theatre and city bound trams. This well appointed apartment offers split system heating/cooling, fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed and sparkling bathroom with European laundry.

Feel at home with a split system heating/cooling. A fully equipped timber veneer kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops and with all cooking utensils and crockery provided. Secure video-com entry, lift access and secure basement parking.

On check out day, please remember to take everything you brought into the apartment and leave they keys on a bench top then lock the doors behind you.

Secure onsite parking is available (for small to mid-sized cars) at $20/night. This is paid via EFT prior to arrival. Should you require parking please let us know in advance. Please ask us about alternate options for SUVs or larger.

Amazing apartment

Staying here was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival the apartment was in emaculate condition and the staff were really helpful and swift during the stay when it came to any inquiries. The location is perfect with the beach only a short walk away and access to great restaurants and supermarkets.
