Kitchen was fine for the minimal cooking we wanted it for.Space in apartment is lovely, bright and spacious enough for 2.Washing machine was handy.I wouldn't be keen to stay here on my own due to long corridor on the way to the apartment but fine with my partner. Parking space in Garage excellent and quite essential in this area if you have a car.
The unit is small but more than adequate for two adults. The kitchen was well stocked,with all the modern appliances.The unit is on the second floor , and is bright and sun filled. It was spotlessly clean.The location was excellent, close to tram stop, shops and restaurants.

The host with a smoothless check in and out. The secure car park and the excellent location away from the main road, yet so close to the city and surrounds. Walk out the door, jump straight on a tram.
Great location, easy access, security parking, good nightly rate, close to town, off the street. Great unit. Had everything we needed, bright and airy, reasonably clean,comfy bed. Will stay again.
Love the property. Reasonably clean. I had to clean the split system filters which were filthy. They should be attended to at least every two guest stays. I will definitely stay there again and will for sure.

North Fitzroy Apartment
Overall I was very happy with the apartment.
Unfortunately the remote to the carpark wasnt left in the lock box so I couldnt park in the carpark for the first 2 nights. Car was parked along way away on the street in 2 hour parking spots.
It took 2 days and multiple phone calls and emails to get the remote. This was disappointing and annoying.
Otherwise the property was very good.
