Fountain Villa is a modern villa with beautiful private outdoor spaces. Enjoy a modern spacious kitchen and a light filled living area coupled with roomy bedrooms. Relax sitting by the outdoor fire pit and peaceful courtyard. Cook on the outdoor kitchen for an outdoor experience. A very short convenient walk to public transport (tram and train) which takes you straight to the doorstep of the MCG, Rod Laver and the city. A convenient, comfortable and ambient getaway. We supply linen for the first bedroom free of charge. Should you wish to use the second bedroom, a payment of $30 is required for the second bedroom.

This was a return stay at Fountain Villa for my partner and I. An ideal location with all amenities easily accessible. Fountain Villa was very clean and provided everything one could need throughout the stay. No hesitation in highly recommending.
Location of property is excellent , close to everything you need.The unit itself again has all you need provided .

What a great stay! House was pristine, beds comfortable, kitchen new and modern, everything you could possibly need right at our finger tips. We had secure lock up car parking, and a beautiful little outside sitting area, the home is right next to a park, and shops, just off a main road, with a simple commute to the cbd. We loved staying 3 nights with our pooch, and couldn't recommend Fountain Villa higher, we would stay there in a heart beat again. Thank you for having us.
A great location for us as our son did not live far away. Supermarkets and shops very close at hand as was the No 70 tram that runs to the centre of Melbourne in about an hour. A well equipped modern kitchen with everything you might need, good air con in the lounge and a smashing luandry facilities make this an easy place to get to know..mi

Extremely comfortable, well maintained and has everything you could need . Location is also great with public transport, Woolies and restaurants all within 200 metres. Angeline ( owner) cared that we were happy and was easy to contact.

We had a great time at Fountain Vila, it is a beautiful place to stay, it is close to tram stop and Coles and woollies and parks, we would like to go back there again in the future
My partner and I stayed here for a few days and it was fantastic! The relaxing water feature and lighting combine with the convenient location made it a great place to switch off.
Our family of 4 and 2 small dogs found our stay at the villa very comfortable. The location was quiet yet close to supermarkets, cafes, parks and public transport. The villa had everything we needed and was incredibly clean. We loved the little courtyard with the gentle water feature. Check in was super easy and the host was so lovely.
The property is really well located and the fitout is amazing. Really modern kitchen and the courtyard is tastefully done.
The car was a tad too large to fit in the gated carport, but there is plenty of off street parking.

This was the perfect stay for us! It is in a great location, close to parks, walks, shops and tram. It was very quiet. The apartment was clean and welcoming, well laid out with lovely furnishings and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are super comfy and the shower pressure is great. The host messaged me beforehand to confirm the booking, gave clear details for checkin, and messaged during our stay to check everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again.
