An easy stroll to the beach and shopping centre and a little further to McCrae village and lighthouse for hot breakies, Greek, pizza, Thai and more, you can leave the stresses of life far behind from this laidback residence and soak up the seaside spoils, while among the surrounding attractions are surf beaches, horse-riding trails, the Enchanted Maze, wineries, hot springs and golf courses – all just a short drive away.

A well-appointed kitchen fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and sea-green glass splashbacks adjoins a living and dining area which spills out via banks of sliding glass to the alfresco balcony with BBQ and an outdoor dining setting for afternoon charcuterie boards backdropped by a vista that stretches across Port Phillip Bay to the You Yangs.

Also upstairs is the main bedroom and an adjacent bathroom, while two downstairs bedrooms are served by a family bathroom with spa bath and the large games and living area with a pool table and flat screen television.

The townhouse was ok, unfortunately a smell in one bedroom meant it could not be used, and it is on a shared property with another dwelling, so no outdoor private space. Upstairs was lovely. On arrival no instructions, also needed to purchase a few items to use house for the week.
