As you step into the apartment, you're greeted by a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare a delightful breakfast.
Moving further in, you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connected to a private balcony—the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while soaking in breathtaking city views.
To the right, two generously sized bedrooms await, one bedroom boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning panoramic views, while the master suite includes its own private ensuite.
A sleek main bathroom with a European laundry completes this stylish and functional space.
Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with fresh linens and built-in robes for ample storage. Both Ensuite and main bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, and a European laundry with a washing machine, dryer and ironing supplies adds to the convenience.

*We are not responsible for the availability of building facilities such as the gym, pool, or BBQ area, especially if they are closed by the building management for maintenance or safety reasons. Our primary focus is on providing accommodation. Please note that we have no control over the operation or availability of these facilities.
Important to note
- You will be receiving 1 fob and 1 apartment key. Please contact host if you require more than 1 set. Depends on availability and $150 deposit required. Lost key/swipe charges: $300/set. Please take care of the security fob and keys to avoid inconvenience.
- Check in at 3pm, check out by 10am. To ensure a smooth arrival, we have arranged for key collection from a nearby Key Exchange Service, located just 400m from your apartment (a 2-minute drive or 6-minute walk). The collection and drop off time strictly from 7am -11pm. If you are arriving/departing outside these hours, please contact host before you book. Late notice may not be accommodated.
- The apartment is stocked with essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toiletries, fresh towels, tea, coffee, and kitchen necessities. We also provide a starter supply of dishwasher and laundry pods. These are meant to get you started and may not last your entire stay. If you need more, feel free to ask our team for nearby store recommendations.
- This apartment is not brand new, while we have done our best to maintain it in good condition, some wear and tear is to be expected. Thank you for your understanding.
- Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay, we will do our best to address them promptly. However, arranging for contractors may take at least 2-3 working days, and immediate resolution cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
** APARTMENT WINDOW CLEANING External window cleaning is managed by the Owner’s Corporation and follows a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process. We apologize in advance if the windows need cleaning during your stay.
