POOL & GYM ACCESS The pool and gym are located on the top floor, level 52.
The practice of the Building Management however, to ensure the safety of all, requires all residents and guests participate in an ORIENTATION which are held only on Tuesday nights.
BUILDING ACCESS – the remote only opens the carpark gate via the back of the building, while any pedestrian entry and use of the elevators is only possible via the fob.
Please note that the Concierge will NOT be able to assist you with being locked out of the apartment/building, loss of keys, nor with holding keys. If there are any such issues, please contact your host directly. Replacement cost apply.
If you need to juggle access keys between your group (as there is only one set available), please contact your host after your arrival to arrange a multi-use Keynest collection code.

CARPARK – height clearance is 2.1M, and speed limit is strictly 10km. Please ensure your headlights are on and that you keenly watch the mirrors for any oncoming vehicles.
POSTAL SERVICES – neither the concierge or the apartment mailbox are available for any postal/packages delivery. The nearest post office is in Market St, South Melbourne. For sending letters, there is a post box on the opposite corner to the apartment building near the café.
LONG STAY CLEANING - A mid-stay cleaning service is recommended for bookings of fourteen nights or more. We can organise a Refresh of the property which includes restocking the amenities and a full clean for $250.
For longer stays, we can tailor a special cleaning service package to suit the duration, ensuring that a professional standard of cleanliness and maintenance is sustained for your enjoyment. Your respect of the property and the neighbours will be greatly appreciated and part of our compliance, which also includes:
