Marina Views Absolute Waterfront

We at BnB Host Management understand that during this time of a Major Disruptive World Event, travel and petrol are an uncertainty.

This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances.

I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.

There would be only two considerations for you:

1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.

2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

There is a forth single sofa bed in the Office. It is a fold out single sofa bed style and linen is in the top draw of the wardrobe in bedroom 2. There are spare blankets throughout bedrooms 1 & 2, on the ends of beds and in wardrobes.
This home is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Guest can have access to the entire house, patio & decking space.
The garage is private and locked.
The upstairs linen cupboard is private and locked.

Although I won`t be available in person, I am just a message away if you need assistance.

*There is a large chair (Sofa bed) in the office that can become a `SINGLE` 4th bed for a 5th sleeper, making this office into a 3rd bedroom option. You will find linen in the top draw of the wardrobe in bedroom 2, for this single sofa/chair bed.
*Please put bins out near the road on Sunday night, ready for early Monday morning garbage collection. Thank you.
*All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV Form process has been completed by the Primary booking guest. This is compulsory.
*As this is in a residential area, please show consideration to the neighbours.
*We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25 years.
*No Schoolies
*Please treat this home with respect as if it were your own. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
*FULLY REFUNDABLE DAMAGE SECURITY BOND: $450 will be activated 1 day before your arrival date. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your chosen payment method.
*If you use the BBQ, please use the provided BBQ cleaning equipment to leave the BBQ clean for the next guest. If the cleaners have to clean the BBQ after you, there will be an extra $25 fee added onto the cleaning fee.
*The cleaning fee covers a standard clean only. If cleaners are forced to stay longer, due to guests lack of care, then BnB Host Management reserve the right to pass those extra costs onto the guest.
*There will be a minimum fine of $200 as a consequence for smoking, partying or bringing in animals.
*Please DO NOT REMOVE the large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the bathroom/s, Dishwashing Liquid, Rinse Aid & Disinfectant Wipes in the kitchen. These amenities are the property of BnB Host Management and are regularly refilled for guest convenience. Additional fees may apply if items are removed.

Accommodation was lovely. Great location in the marina. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and everything was of a very good quality. Beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
