Within a walking distance from our hotel, guests would be able to access to many café, restaurants, grocery shop and public transport. Great Stay!
Melbourne City Apartment Hotel was a great location for anyone staying in the area for a while. The room was a great size and the convenience of a fridge, microwave, washer and drier and the rest can’t be beat. There is a little grocery store and liquor store just down the block, along with a great café. I wish the hotel had a bit more amenities like a gym or a bar but beyond that it was a great place to stay.

Our broiler pan was missing so we could not use the oven. Not a problem as we were able to use the stove. 🙂. Best property we stayed at during our three weeks in Australia.

This apartment was in a new(?) block. The reception area was very clean well kept with fresh flowers on the tables and a vending machine for late night (or anytime) munchies. The staff were professional but friendly. The apartment was large with plenty of space, a comfortable king size bed and great blackout curtains. All the appliances and bathroom fittings etc., were as new. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer, a microwave, kettle snd coffee machine. The only thing we thought would have made it perfect would have been a cooktop as the proximity to Queen Victoria market and all it’s many foodie delights made us want to cook for ourselves. There was a lap pool, a spa pool and very pleasant and again well kept gardens next to our room but even with children using then our room was quiet. It is a short walk to trams or to the market area and of course there are many dining options within easy reach. Flagstaff gardens and the Exhibition building also within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay there again and HIGHLY recommend this property.

We went ladt night to see a concert, 10min walk to Marvel stadiam close to the tram stop, close to Docklands. We walked in the door and we where greeted with a lovely smile and helpful service given a map to help us get around shown where to park our car. Great service and very helpful 👏

Loved our stay!
Our hotel room was amazing! We particularly loved how comfortable the bed and pillows were, the couch and balcony outside our room. Having a channel just for movies was a great feature. The outdoor pool and hot tub were also a highlight of our stay!

Was a good hotel to stay at and a lot of stuff nearby that you can walk too. Carpark also makes you feel that your car is safe and sound.

Worth another stay
Room was perfect. New modern look. Comfortable bed. Very clean and smelled nice. Location was good. Walking distance of the cbd. Great parking and quiet street. Out door pool and hot tub were amazing along with the outdoor garden court yard and seating area, pictures included (tried to add photos but wasnt able to 😞 ) Staff were polite and the price is perfect. The negative. We had an emergency alarm going off. Tried to call reception to see what was going on and no one answered. There was a cleaner in a nearby room so we asked her, but she had no idea and said it was fune and continued cleaning. The emergency alarm then began to say EVACUATE NOW so we packed up all our suit cases and were just about to leave when the alarm stopped. We were later told the joining buildings are all linked with the emergency alarm and the problem was in another building. It was an inconvenience to pack up our belongs and then re-unpack but better than being in a fire I guess. There is a supermarket and bottle shop, coffee shop, barber, pub, gym and other small businesses just a few doors up from the motel. If in the area I would stay again.

Perfect Stay
Check-in was a breeze and the staff were lovely. My family of 4 loved the bigger apartment. It had everything we needed for our brief stay. 2 bedrooms and even 2 bathrooms was a welcome surprise. Highly recommend for a family.

This was a quiet hotel - despite being almost fully occupied I hardly heard another person. The room was ready early and it was warm. The heating was very easy to use. Good quality blackout curtains were great in the mornings. The kitchenette was minimal but adequate. The swimming pool was great and the 2 spa pools were popular. The only issue was that the bathroom/toilet door did not seal - it was a loose sliding door, and it was right next to the kitchenette, so toilet noises and smells were not private. Fix the door and it would be almost perfect!
