We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

A very well located, clean and comfortable property. Across the road from a fabulous iconic South Melbourne pub and very close to Albert Park shopping village. We had a great stay and found the property managers very responsive.
Fabulous house in a great area. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts were super friendly, very quick to respond to questions and kindly accommodated a request for an early check in. Five big stars.
