We indulge in the serenity of a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Its such a tranquil oasis, as it offers a unique blend of privacy and proximity to the beach.

Treetop Tranquility: Our favorite spot is the upper deck which connects to the main living, dining and kitchen. Up here we can unwind amidst the treetops. Its private, quiet, and just moments away from the beach, creating a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. It's the perfect setting for year-round entertaining, and we can't get enough of the panoramic views that stretch across the lush surroundings.
Family and Pet-Friendly Haven: This house is a haven for families and their furry friends. Secure behind private remote control gates, it provides a safe environment for kids and pets to explore. We appreciate the designated spaces that allow everyone, including our four-legged companions, to enjoy moments of quiet relaxation. The added bonus of a veggie patch lets us create fresh and healthy meals for delightful dinners or lunches. There is also plenty of room for cars and boats although the driveway is quite steep there is parking lower down the drive for easier access.

Inviting Freshwater Pool: A sparkling brand new beautiful freshwater pool, elevates this house to our top choice for a beach escape, be it summer or winter. The pool, connected to the lower deck where there are sun loungers to sunbake, comfy chairs to sit poolside or a gorgeous outdoor lounge in the shade. The second living area is a haven for younger family members to chill, and the convenient study nook gives us a flexible space to work while enjoying our holiday. Flowing seamlessly to the bottom decked outdoor area and the inviting pool, this level serves as a second entertaining space.

Light-Filled Living: Upstairs, the main living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. In winter, there is a cozy ambiance provided by the coonara fireplaceideal for snuggling up with a glass of local red wine or open the doors to the upper dining deck.
Proximity to Peninsula Delights: A short drive takes us to Peninsula Hot Springs, Gunnamatta Horseriding, The Cups Estate, and St Andrews Beach Brewery. For family fun, the driving range is nearby, and golf enthusiasts can explore Moonah Links, Eagle Ridge, and The Dunes.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the premises (excluding the pool area but it does cover the pool equipment) only which are recording during your stay. There is also a camera on the intercom on the gate.

We love the completely secure garden to run and sniff and there is plenty of shade for pooches to sleep and dream.
