I stayed here last minute after my flight got cancelled. The gentleman on the front desk was very lovely and empathetic towards our reason for staying. Check in was quick and easy, the room had everything we needed including a comfortable bed. It is located close to the airport which allowed for us to catch an early flight out the next day. We also got offered welcome drinks which was a nice touch. I would gladly stay here again for quick and easy access to Melbourne airport.

Exceeded expectations. Will recommend the Nightcap to everyone. It’s very basic but super clean and the bed, blanket and pillows extremely comfortable. Food was delicious and the waitstaff adorable, special mention Lodi !!!! The stay even included two free glasses of wine❤️❤️❤️❤️

The NightCap motel was a very comfortable and exceptionally clean room. The beds were very comfortable the bed linen was really high quality, nice bathroom and all the little things bottled water, microwave and good flatscreen TV. Pleasantly surprised by this property

You arrived at our venue extremely early and I explained that check in was not till 2pm in the afternoon. You explained that you were on the road for a long time and didn't realise the check in time was 2pm. I spoke to housekeeping and asked if they could prioritise your room for an early check in. I checked you in and gave you your room key at exactly 11.09am and I proceeded to explain where your room was located and all the amenities in your room that come complimentary. Enjoyable stay
Look the Nightcap at Coolaroo Hotel is no 5 star hotel but it was clean, comfortable and the staff were great. Yes, would recommend and ofcourse would stay again. 5 minute walk to Upfield Train Station so easy to get into the CBD.

This is a quiet and clean motel. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and the bistro is fantastic. I have stayed on two separate occasions now and would not hesitate to do so again.

The reception staff were excellent, the bed and room were good, but my grilled fish was dry and cold (due to lack of service?) and the two bars had no staff at about 6.30pm for more than 10 minutes when we walked out in disgust. I understand the problems of Covid but the lack of management was remarkable.

Everything was clean, amenities excellent. There were some young men in a room close by. They were closing doors very noisily, were smoking and chatting very loudly with their door open right through the night and morning. We jumped in our sleep thinking a bomb fell close by. We didnt sleep after that. Also, we got up at 6.30 looking to get some breakfast at Coolaroo hotel but there was nothing.
