Well maintained unit with washer and dryer. Only downside is a double bed

Just needing somewhere to stay for the night it fitted the bill fine. One thing of note though - the sofa can in no way be described as a sofa bed unless a small child is sleeping on it. It doesn't fold out at all, it's literally just a small sofa
