*NO Bucks/Hens parties or Schoolie/School leaver groups permitted.

*No smoking or vaping whatsoever anywhere on the property

*A $100 fee will be payable to any key or fob not returned on your check out.

*A call out fee of $65 for any keys locked inside property.

Enjoyable stay

Beautiful apartment, great location excellent if you want to be close to the CBD. We had a small issue during the stay but the way it was handled by the Property Manager was absolutely amazing and we would certainly stay again and recommend the property to anyone.
