Decorated with high-end furnishings and finishes throughout, every detail has been carefully chosen to create an atmosphere of contemporary indulgence. The open-plan living/dining area is designed for relaxation, with plush sofas, large flat-screen TV and an elegant coffee table that invites you to put your feet up and unwind – all soaked in natural light from the expansive windows.

An impressive commercial kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, making it a pleasure to cook, whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll appreciate the convenience and style of this well-appointed kitchen.

Two bedrooms are havens of comfort with soft bedding, including one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed - perfect for a lazy morning sleep in or getting ready for a night out on the town, you'll feel pampered and well-rested in these enticing sleeping quarters.

With the convenience of high speed internet, split system heating/AC throughout and your own car space, this chic apartment is surrounded by all the attractions, restaurants and vibrant nightlife that Chapel Street has to offer, plus the convenience of ample transport options within walking distance.

Please note, at present to access the apartment you need to walk up one flights of stairs. Lift access is available up to level 4 and then 1 flight of stairs up to the penthouse. Full lift access to the Penthouse is expected to be ready for use from the end of August 2023.

There is a shared outdoor pool within the complex.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay
being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
