You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Small town charm, close to shops, beaches of your choosing and wineries.

A single unit central to the local shops and restaurants of Hastings.

Two bedrooms, main bedroom with a queen bed.
The second bedroom has two king single beds.

The dining table can open up to seat 4 people.

The enclosed front yard is private and has a table and chairs to relax with or coffee.

During the day lovely Somers beach is only 15 mins away and for the surfers only a few minutes more to Point Leo. Hastings is walking distance to restaurants, shops and then pier. Relax and soak in a warm bath. Or see a movie and the Drive In cinema located at Dromana only 20 minutes away. Red Hill wineries are around 20 mins away also, or perhaps see the Mornington peninsula from a higher view in the gondolas, at Arthurs seat.

Free WiFi and NETFLIX on the 58 inch screen TV. There's a small collection of dvds available for your enjoyment, and a small collection of board games too.

Full use of the kitchen if you’d prefer to dine in too.

Chocolates on arrival. Also, an assortment of teas, breakfast cereals and milk too.

Inside pets are welcome, and an enclosed rear yard with a lockable gate if you need to go out for a while.

Also, an outside hammock to relax in.

Come and see what the Mornington Peninsula has to offer and relax and enjoy your Stayz. The accomodation is for quiet use, so please do not disturb the other residents in the neighbouring units as they’re private residential homes.

Great stay

We were looking for somewhere to get away for the weekend and it was a lovely place to stay, great location and everybody was so friendly. The house was kept neat and had everything we needed and Luke was a great host. Thank you for hosting us

All the beds were so comfortable and my nephew's loved sleeping in beds which catered for comfort and their height We booked in elsewhere otherwise we would prefer to stay here another night

Great place to stay. Clean and tidy. Loved the cereal and milk that was available. Enjoyed looking at all the whale art. Good for a late check in. Little extras like soap, toilet paper etc made for an easy stay.

fabulous home to stay

It was a great place to stay excellent location.The place was neat and tidy ,had everything we needed .Thank you so much for the chocolates champagne and breakfast .My pet dod Lola loved the place too.It had a good sized backyard.Overall we had a beautiful stay

A nice unit convenient to local food and supplies. There were a couple of teenagers around that were mouthy to our kids so they didn’t feel comfortable. Mattress on large bed could do with replacing but otherwise a great stay.

Happy Hastings experience

Very happy with our stay in this well setup unit this week. Was impressed with the provision of breakfast and other staples in the kitchen and bathroom, and champagne and chocolates. Had almost everything we needed for looking after small children. Location was so convenient to walk with children to the town centre. Suggested improvements are to provide hand towels for guests, a rubbish bin in the bathroom and outside furniture needs a clean up so that it can be used.

Comfy stay

Property was very comfortable, well equiped and very dog friendly. We were happy with our choice. However, we Could not watch tele at all as we had no signal. Overall cleaning was ok but the toilet base was needing urgent attention . Behind the very old & dirty (top)bin & the paper storage urn had not been cleaned & was very dirty.
