there was no stay at the property as the link for access was sent in a way that could not be forwarded to the actual guest when they went to check in they said there was no booking. I booked the guest another hotel and tried to get this booking cancelled but told no to get her to go back by herself at night to try again. Was not going to do this so have made the decision if I see any place that is run this way that I will not book these places

Firstly, the property was advertised with a car parking space, no extra fees. Once booked, 48 hours prior to check in I was told no parking available. I booked the apartment mainly for the designated parking space and the, so had to make other arrangements at short notice. The host offered to pay half of a parking fee elsewhere which was nice to offer, but why advertise the car spot in the first place if not available, but I needed my car to be in a very secure parking place. The bed really is squeaky and quite firm, so a tad uncomfortable. And the neighbour smokes on the balcony next door and you get the smoke smell into the apartment. The traffic outside is really noisy all night even with windows closed. Otherwise, it's a stunning view and very lovely Hotel complex. But, I wouldn't return for those reasons sorry.

The host was responsive and easy to message with. Located right near a tram stop and Woolies. Competitive pricing. What detracted from the stay was that the one queen bed was extremely squeaky everytime someone moved. The host said he would fix it after our stay but it meant my daughter then had to sleep on the couch. Otherwise the apartment had most of the items you would expect to find.
